Minutex was born as a small metal parts factory
The company was founded in 1962 by Gianfranco Paroli and his wife Enrica. Initially, they dealt with the production of small metal parts. Over the years, with the entry of the second generation, the company has expanded its market, thanks also to the introduction of numerous CCN machines for very different mechanical processes. The modernization of the machine park has allowed, on the one hand, to improve and industrialize the large production of metal components with an excellent quality/price ratio on the market, on the other hand, to experiment and diversify its know-how on a significant number of different metal processes.

Guided by the highest product quality standards
Minutex has been a UNI EN ISO 9001 certified company for 26 years (first release December 1998) for the design and production of metal joining systems for wood and small metal parts; for 11 years it has been CE certified with international validity. To date, the company has more than 4,500 references for the 6 production lines: fixings and screws, shelves and supports, hardware, furniture accessories, plates and supports for wood, table legs. All products for structural use have been tested at accredited laboratories and respond positively to the ETAG nº015 guidelines, obtaining, as the first manufacturer in Europe, the European Technical Approval (ETA) for the essential requirements and suitability for the intended use (EU Regulation n°305/2011 CPR). For the entire two-year period 2024/2025, the company will present, together with the models already in the catalog, a new line of table and bench legs, created with the contribution of an emerging designer.
